Refunds & cancellation policy
Last updated: 25 August 2026
Contributions are voluntary donations towards medical treatment, and are generally not refundable — the money is usually spent on treatment shortly after it arrives. We will always refund a genuine mistake.
When we will refund
We will return your money if:
- you were charged twice for the same contribution;
- you sent a clearly wrong amount — for example ₹50,000 instead of ₹5,000 — and tell us promptly;
- the payment was made without your authorisation;
- you change your mind and tell us within 7 days, provided the funds have not already been spent on treatment.
When we may not be able to refund
- The contribution has already been spent on medical treatment. Treatment is ongoing and costs are incurred continuously, so this can happen quickly.
- We cannot identify the payment — without a name, amount and date, or a UPI transaction reference, we may be unable to match it to a bank credit.
Where a full refund is not possible we will tell you plainly why, rather than ignore the request.
How to request a refund
Email ashima.mining@gmail.com or call +91 91160 06907 with:
- the name used when contributing;
- the amount and date;
- the UPI transaction reference, if you have it;
- a one-line reason.
How long it takes
- Acknowledgement
- Within 2 working days
- Decision
- Within 7 working days of us receiving the details
- Money back, once approved
- Refunded to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days, subject to bank processing times
Cancellations
There is no subscription or recurring payment to cancel. Every contribution is a one-off. If you submitted the form but never actually paid, nothing is owed — the unconfirmed entry is simply removed and never appears publicly.
Failed or pending payments
If money left your account but your contribution has not appeared on the site, it has most likely not yet been confirmed. Contributions appear publicly only after we verify the money arrived. If more than 2 working days pass, please contact us — do not pay again.
